Blurb: In this third book in the Lunar Chronicles, Cinder and Captain Thorne are fugitives on the run, now with Scarlet and Wolf in tow. Together, they're plotting to overthrow Queen Levana and her army.
Their best hope lies with Cress, a girl imprisoner on a satellite since childhood who's only ever had a netscreens as company. All the screen time has made Cress an excellent hacker. Unfortunately she's just received orders from Levana to track down Cinder and her handsome accomplice.
When a daring rescue of Cress goes awry, the group is seperated. Cress finally has her freedom, but it comes at a high price. Meanwhile, Queen Levana will let nothing prevent her marriage to Emperor Kai. Cress, Scarlet and Cinder may not have signed up to save the world, but they may be the only hope the world has.

My Review
This series just get better and better! I absolutely loved Cinder, the introduction to the world, bit less enthusiastic for Scarlet, but also really enjoyed that and now Cress is THE BEST ONE YET. I'm serious. Now, the protagonist is Cress, and she is a hacker. I'm going to be honest here, but I wasn't really that crazy about Cress at the beginning, because part of the reason that I read series like this is so I can read about the characters that are strong and go through things, not to see a protagonist thinking about herself as being a damsel in distress, but as the book went on, and I saw her struggle, I grew to love her.

Now, the writing was just as good as the other two, and I don't really know what I can say about the writing that compares to the other two. There was no change from how the writing flowed in Cress. That's not a bad thing, really, it's great, the writing.

The plot was absolutely incredible! I really loved it, it was just one thing after another, and the plot was just really really incredibly graphic and wonderful and fast paced, and I... I just loved it!

THERE ARE SPOILERS AHEAD. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE BOOK, DO NOT GO PAST THIS POINT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

OMG, this book. I mean, that last hundred pages I just flew through!
It all just came at once, just one.thing.after.another. The confusion of kidnapping Kai. The kiss. The fight. The death of Dr Erland. The suspense of Wolf and Cinder and what's-her-name (I cannot remember her name for the life of me- Sybil something).
All these emotions just came one after another, just like the end parts of the book. It was so tragic when Cress finally realised that Dr Erland was her father (Star Wars reference, haha), and it was so sad, like how it could have been, because he has found her daughter, and now he's dying.
But that kiss though! It was what I like to call a movie star kiss. Where you can just picture it in like a movie, like the camera is circling them, and OMG, I can just picture it.
Now, the introduction to Snow White, this one I kind of had a problem with. I was like, where's the challenge? Like it takes the entire book for Cinder and Scarlet to find each-other, and then Scarlet and Snow-White are just thrown together just like that? But despite that, I still think that Winter is going to a very intriguing character and I honestly can't wait to see what she brings to the group.

But, despite that, I still really loved the book, and it is still my favourite in the series so far, and after finishing Cress, I can't wait to see the concluding book (but I'm also really sad that it is the end of this series that I love so much).

So, that was my Cress book review, and I hoe you enjoyed it! I'll be back with my Winter review before too long! Byeeeee!
